West Virginia Legislature က HB 4265 ဖြင့် amended Rule 3 CSR 2 ကို authorize လုပ်သည်။ Secretary of State filing နှင့် rule သည် 2026 April 24 မှ effective ဖြစ်ပြီး August 1, 2036 တွင် sunset ဖြစ်သည်။ Barbering, hair styling, nail technology, aesthetics, waxing နှင့် cosmetology instructors ကို apply လုပ်သည်။
ဤအရာ၏ အဓိပ္ပါယ်
In-state applicant အသစ်သည် postsecondary teaching-techniques course, high-school diploma/GED/approved ability-to-benefit test, relevant recognized school graduation, application/fees နှင့် Board-approved NIC Instructor exam အနည်းဆုံး 80% လိုသည်။ Out-of-state instructor certificate holder အတွက် education, standing, age, work eligibility, health certificate, application နှင့် fee conditions ပါသော universal-licensure route သီးခြားရှိသည်။ Renewal မှာ fee လိုပြီး in-service training သည် recommendation သာဖြစ်သည်။
